1. General Statement
At Uniforms2You, we want every customer to be confident in their purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, eligible items may be returned or exchanged under the conditions below. This policy follows Google Merchant Center transparency guidelines and applies to all domestic U.S. orders.
2. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange. Items must be received—or in transit back to us—within that 30-day period to qualify.
3. Eligibility & Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached.

Items must be shipped in original packaging or comparable protective packaging.

Customized, embroidered, or personalized products are non-returnable, unless defective or incorrect.

Final Sale and Clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.

All returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Uniforms2You before shipping.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified by email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges are shipped after return approval using standard ground shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs — no exceptions.

Uniforms2You does not provide prepaid return labels.

Items returned used, washed, or without tags will not qualify for refund or exchange.
5. Shipping Liability
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled and no longer the responsibility of Uniforms 2 You.
If a package is lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery, please contact your shipping carrier directly for assistance or to file a claim.
We’re happy to coordinate with your carrier or provide any documentation needed to support your claim.
6. No International Orders
Uniforms2You does not accept or ship international orders.
We currently serve customers within the United States only.
Any orders placed for delivery outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded before fulfillment.
7. Exceptions & Special Cases

Custom Orders: Final sale unless defective or incorrect.

Clearance Items: Not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective or Mis-shipped Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Refund Timing: Your bank or card provider may take several business days to post refunds once issued.
8. How to Start a Return

Include your order number, items to return, and reason for return.
